Louisville's Most Deserving Kitchen Contest

Rules:

1.   DESCRIPTION OF CONTEST.
Bella Cucina Cabinetry is searching for the most deserving kitchen makeover. Applicants will need to write a brief essay, 500 words or less, "Why I am Louisville's Most Deserving Kitchen Winner" with an attached photo of the existing Kitchen. Bella Cucina Cabinetry will review each applicant and narrow it down to five applicants. We will contact the remaining applicants and request to visit the home and family. After we visit the remaining contestants the winner will be announced at Bella Cucina's Showroom.

2.   PROMOTION PERIOD.
We will begin the contest on November 1, 2008 at 8:00am eastern standard time and it will end on December 15, 2008 at 5:00pm eastern standard time. The winning applicant will be announced at an unveiling on December 20, 2008 at 12:00pm eastern standard time, at Bella Cucina Cabinetry Showroom. Note that the winning applicant does not need to be present at the unveiling; Bella Cucina Cabinetry will contact the winning applicant by phone.

3.   HOW TO ENTER.
Louisville's Most Deserving Kitchen Contest Form

We will require each participant to fill out a form that can be applied inside Bella Cucina Cabinetry showroom, located at 1201 Herr Ln., Suite 115, Louisville, KY 40222, as well as through our website at bellacucinallc.com. The contest is open to Louisville residents who are at least 18 years or older, with owned property. Employees of sponsors, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliate suppliers or their immediate families are not eligible. The total of number of eligible entries received during the contest will determine the odds of winning. By entering, applicants agree to abide by the contest rules and decision by Bella Cucina Cabinetry, which are final and binding.

4.   DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE.
One applicant will win the Grand Prize of getting their Kitchen made over based on their written essay and photo of existing Kitchen. The Grand Prize Winner will receive:
-   Cabinetry by: Mid Continent Cabinetry (Hartford Maple Full Overlay Door Style, Standard Finish)
-   Counter tops by: Cambria, Quartz
-   Hardware by: Jeffery Alexander Hardware
-   Tile Backsplash by: Monocottura Tile (at $8.00 sq foot)
-   Construction by: Kruse-Allison Construction
-   Interior Design Services by: Patina Interiors (free two hour consultation)
-   Appliances by: Bonnycastle Appliances (refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave. All by GE Appliances - in black or white finish.)

5.   AWARDING THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER.
The winning applicant will be announced at an unveiling at Bella Cucina Cabinetry showroom on December 20, 2008 at 12:00pm eastern standard time. Refreshments will be served. (Note that the winning applicant does not need to be present at the unveiling. Bella Cucina Cabinetry will notify the winning applicant by phone.) After the unveiling, the project will begin on the "Louisville's Most Deserving Kitchen". The winner will also be announced in the January issue of "Home Design and Living" Magazine. The completed project will be featured in the March issue of "Home Design and Living" Magazine. Before and after pictures will be taken.

6.   MISCELLANEOUS.
Participants agree to Bella Cucina Cabinetry to use their name, photo, essay, and any other submitted materials for the purpose of advertising. All submitted materials become sole property of Bella Cucina Cabinetry and will not be returned to participant.

7.   INCENTIVES.
Any participant, whom does not get selected as the Grand Prize Winner, will be eligible for a 15% discount off any cabinetry, hardware, and countertops purchased from Bella Cucina Cabinetry. This discount applies to any participant who has a signed contract with Bella Cucina Cabinetry, no later then January 31, 2009 at 2:00pm eastern standard time.
